The Fluid Bed Drying Machine is composed of drying host, heater, condenser, bag filter, closed fan and control system. The whole drying process is carried out in a closed environment under the protection of nitrogen inertization, and the feeding and discharging are carried out in a closed environment, which has the characteristics of no dust and high safety.
Before the system is used, use nitrogen to replace the air in the system, so that the oxygen content in the system reaches the safe concentration of the solvent. The wet material is in a closed container (protected by nitrogen at atmospheric pressure), and quantitatively fed into the drying host by a star valve. The air blower feeds the filtered nitrogen, which is heated by the heater to the temperature required by the drying process, and then enters the fluidized bed for heat and mass transfer (drying) of the material added by the star valve, and feeding while drying (making the material in the wind. It will not cause accumulation and agglomeration under the action), and dry to the final humidity required by the material after the feeding is completed. During the drying process, the humid and hot gas carries a small amount of fine powder through the bag filter to separate all the fine powder above 2um in the bag filter for gas-solid separation. The solid dust is collected in the cloth bag, and the gas enters the multi-stage condenser (the pressure drop of the fin condenser is small and the condensation effect is good), and the solvent in the hot and humid gas is condensed.
The condensed solvent is collected in the collection tank for storage (zero discharge to the air, recyclable). The dry nitrogen after condensation and dehumidification is sent to the heater through the blower for recycling. After drying, the material on the hot air distribution plate is put into the lower cylinder by the flap mechanism, and is input into the airtight container through the vacuum pump or air conveying system for storage and packaging (the incoming and outgoing materials are operated in a closed environment, and there is no dust in the workshop) .
